Returns/Exchanges
We believe that you will be delighted with our products, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We endeavor to keep the process as simple as possible and attend to your return requests quickly.
Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address; an RMA request MUST be filled out and accepted before we will accept any return or exchange merchandise.
Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order on shop.animaljam.com. If you are unhappy with t-shirt product when you receive it (or if you simply change your mind), please notify us of your intent to return the product(s) and complete an RMA request as described in our returns procedure within 15 business days (see “Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products,” below). If these conditions are met, we will promptly refund you the purchase price you paid for that product or exchange the item, excluding shipping and handling costs.
We will refund directly to the credit card used (or to the PayPal account used) to place the original order within 30 calendar days of the purchase date once we have confirmed receipt of the item, inspected the returned item, and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the new, unused condition it was in when delivered to you. No shop credit will be offered in return for your purchases.
If you elect to return or exchange a t-shirt (except in the case of a defective or incorrect item as described below), you will have to pay the shipping costs required to return the merchandise to us.
All Gift certificate purchases made on our site are final and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on Gift Certificates bought on our site.
Any orders containing physical merchandise (excluding t-shirts) are non-refundable; orders containing physical items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have shipped.
Faulty Products
We select and package our Products with care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate and at our discretion, if you return the Product to us within 15 business days of receipt for US orders and 30 business of receipt days for non-US orders
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage, if posted within the US or Canada. Please obtain a postage receipt from your post office to enable us to process the refund of your return postage costs.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
In order to return or exchange any unwanted (applies to t-shirt orders only) or faulty merchandise, you must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request online at (shop.animaljam.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert), and we will reply via email within 2 business days with notification of whether or not your return has been approved as submitted. This RMA request must be filled out within 15 business days of the purchase date. If your return is approved, you will receive an email that includes instructions, an RMA number, and an address for returning your merchandise. Please note that all returns MUST be accompanied by a corresponding authorized RMA number, and merchandise MUST be in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, including postage. You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
Additional Information
Refunds can only be made to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be issued to a different credit card or via a different payment method that the one used for the initial purchase.
*Note: If the credit card used has been cancelled or is expired, we cannot issue a refund for that transaction.
